This item could have been dropped in an envelope and mailed with a first-class stamp, but I paid $3.95 shipping on a $1.95 item that fits in my wallet and probably weighs the same as a credit card! Ridiculous. But I couldn't find replacement windows anywhere else. The item itself is fine, but just be prepared to pay twice the price again in shipping.
the inserts are great. i used them to put wallet size photos in, and they were of good quality and worked beautifuly. my only problem with them was that i had to order 2 different sizes just to ensure that i would get the right one for my wallet. one of them was perfect, and now i just have an extra insert i'll never use. i think the company could do a better job of providing both a clearer picture and description of each of the different sizes available.
